After returning from vacation, we realized the immense challenge and stress associated with planning tours and identifying the best activities in an unfamiliar city. This led us to believe there had to be a more efficient approach.

Time spent on research: The significant amount of time invested in researching the best experiences in an unfamiliar city can be daunting. Even after settling on certain activities, doubts regarding tour credibility often arise. At TourPass, we curate and present only the most reputable experiences, ensuring credibility and authenticity.
Reservation process: The task of making tour reservations involves visiting multiple websites to check availability, inputting credit card details, and managing confirmations—a process that can be quite frustrating. TourPass offers a solution where everything is managed via a mobile app (received post-purchase), simplifying the reservation process with comprehensive information, maps, and organizational tools.
A stress-free and cost savings solution is born: Our endeavor to streamline this process led to the establishment of TourPass Charleston in April 2018, which experienced considerable success. In subsequent years, we expanded to Savannah, GA in 2019 and to St. Augustine, FL in 2021.
