After returning home from vacation, my family and I realized the immense challenge and stress associated with planning tours and identifying the best activities in a city you’re unfamiliar with. We knew that there had to be a more efficient approach.

Time spent on research: You can waste hours figuring out what to do and which tours offer the best experience. That’s why we designed TourPass to allow only the most reputable experiences, ensuring a track-record credibility and expertise.
The Miserable Reservation Process: The task of making tour reservations involves visiting multiple websites to check availability, inputting credit card details, and managing confirmations—this adds up a lot of time and effort. TourPass offers a solution where everything is managed via a mobile app (received post-purchase), simplifying the reservation process with comprehensive information, maps, and organizational tools.
A Stress-Free and Cost Saving Solution is Born: Through trial and error, we created a way to streamline this process which led to the establishment of TourPass Charleston in April 2018. We experienced considerable success, and we expanded to Savannah, GA in 2019 and to St. Augustine, FL in 2021.
